Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Participating in mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, and posttransaction activities utilizing MS office and project management tools;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate systems, processes, and environments to support project design of futurestate and tobe systems, processes and environments, utilizing business process, organization, and tools mapping, and gap analysis;br Conducting direct interviews with clients for process mapping, evaluation, and redesigning key operation processes, utilizing industry methodologies and frameworks;br Defining quick hits, project plans, and roles and responsibilities to optimize clients operational productivity and ensure execution success;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions;br Participating in client meetings with functional teams to understand clients business requirements and providing support to help build project plans, utilizing project management tools to assist in tracking activities and resolve related business issues; andbr Providing industry insight, analytical and troubleshooting support, using data mining, benchmarking, data visualization, and internal and external research to meet client requirements.
