Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Will accept a bachelors equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Candidate must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Designing and developing applications using JCL, COBOL, CICS and DB2, to meet functional needs for software applications;br Utilizing MS Visio diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;br Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment, utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies;br Designing and maintaining coding standards to enhance application development using Waterfall and Agile methodologies;br Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, utilizing COBOL, DB2, IMS, SAS, JCL and DB2;br Performing data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle SDLC, utilizing using Waterfall and Agile methodologies; andbr Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing MS Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
