Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Utilizing SAP Business Object Data Services BODS, SAP Business Object Information Stewards, and SAP Master Data Management MDM to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Master Data Governance and SAP S44 HANA;br Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues, using project management methodologies involving scope management, delivery plan, and stakeholder and communication management;br Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including data mapping, data definition, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code for application development, while leveraging SAP MDM and the SAP Business Intelligence Suite Information Design tool, Web Intelligence, and Administration;br Developing Extract, Transform, and Load ETL programs to facilitate data conversion, to monitor and stage the extracted data, to perform data cleansing for different source systems, and to load clean data to SAP ECC and S4 HANA, using SAP BODS and SQL Server;br Analyzing data models against reporting data glossary to fill gaps for missing objects, and collaborating with the data modeling team to absorb data model changes of different software releases using the SAP Business Intelligence Suite; andbr Driving the design of SAP data migration, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP Business Object dashboards for integration, reporting, and working with offshore development teams to develop the solutions.
