Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Defining, building, and implementing programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing SDLC best practices, Agile principles, JIRA, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Project;br Participating in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and providing actionable solutions utilizing Microsoft Visio,Microsoft and Powerpoint ;br Driving industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms , utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Tools;br Facilitating workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensuring a positive user experience;br Creating business case decision models and customer financial models and executing process mapping to optimize operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes, utilizing Microsoft Project for program planning and resource forecasting, JIRA for producing Velocity tracking to produce burn down and burn up charts, Microsoft Excel for financial forecasting of actual to budget and any variance and Microsoft Power point for executive summary, action item tracking and decision log;br Participating in the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Microsoft Visio, Jira for defect tracking, and building a requirements traceability matrix;br Facilitating requirements gathering workshops, interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management; andbr Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
