Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and two 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Utilizing methodologies, including roadmapping of enterprise architecture, Cloud ERP tools, including Workday and building roadmapping models in excel to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Education, Healthcare and Utilities industries;br Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing Jira, and Service Now;br Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel;br Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint;br Working across all phases of the software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Cloud ERP systems for enterpriselevel clients;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and Visio;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate systems, processes and environments to support project design of futurestatetobe systems, processes and environments, utilizing models created in Microsoft Excel; andbr Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Word.br br Addendum to J.22 Please note that the beneficiary participated in a tuition reimbursement program offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.
