Candidate must also have two 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Working across all phases of the custom software and product development lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement digital products and data platforms project solutions for enterpriselevel clients;br Utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Financial Services industry;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate systems, processes and environments by leveraging system context diagrams, flow charts, and data flow process mapping techniques to support project design of futurestatetobe systems, processes and environments, using MS Visio and MS Office Suite;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and project designs by leveraging use case modeling, product backlog refinement, UX wireframing, requirements traceability matrix, and conceptual diagrams to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs;br Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems, utilizing Pega BPM Case Management, MS Word, MS Excel, Agile project management, CollabNet, and Rally;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Office Suite, VersionOne, and JIRA;br Tracking implementation defects,coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management ALM and Agile project management;br Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments.
