Requirements Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr br Performing data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, interface development, and systems development, utilizing Software Development Lifecycle SDLC, Splunk, Bitbucket, and Bamboo;br Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Splunk, IBM WebSphere, ServiceNow and Dynatrace;br Automating development and deployment tasks, using Bitbucket, Bamboo, and DevOps methodology;br Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of Amazon Web Services AWS and Splunk Cloud Platform;br Administering Splunk applications to monitor and measure the performance and availability of application servers;br Assisting teams with deployments as a release manager, from the development phase to testing; andbr Driving the administration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications hosted on IBM WebSphere, Experian, and Symantec.
