Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud to provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Consumer, Retail, Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Government and Public Sector, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Technology, Media, and Telecom industries;br Driving the development and implementation of largescale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Oracle HCM for Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management,br Benefits Administration, and SelfService;br Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing Jira, ALM, and Octane;br Working across all phases of the Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle SDLC to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle HCM solutions for enterpriselevel clients;br Analyzing and documenting currentstate systems, processes and environments to support project design of futurestate and tobe systems, processes and environments, utilizing Jira, ALM, and Octane;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Oracle HCM Cloud; andbr Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Project Management Center PMC and MS Project.
