Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Managing engagement planning and budgeting utilizing agile methodologies and realtime visualization tools to ensure timely completion of individual tasks and major multitier projects;br Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;br Coordinating team that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing interactive, detailed and data centric business analysis that react to realtime data and analyst reports, utilizing Tableau and SQL for dataheavy analysis;br Leading the quality assurance QA for clients deliverables, including final project deliverables, periodic process, status reports, live workshops and live training sessions per business specifications and agreed timelines;br Managing business case analysis to understand opportunities for supply chain optimizations, and helping organizations deliver critical programs on the decisions of cost, schedule, performance, and risk, utilizing various methodologies, including pareto principles, scenario planning and critical success factor analysis; and,br Working across phases of the Integrated Business Planning Lifecycle and Recovery Cycles, including specific demand and manufacturing analysis and design for product and strategy insight solutions for enterpriselevel clients.br br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
