Candidate must also have two years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Leading product releases across multiple teams within Cloud DevOps Engineering and Infrastructure Services, and driving Product development and Cloud migration efforts from scoping to deployment using Amazon Web Services AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform GCP;br Using Agile software development lifecycle and Agile techniques, including the creation of epics and user stories, the facilitation of daily scrum sessions, and the performance of backlog grooming, portfolio and sprint planning, story point estimation, demo and retrospectives, and requirements gathering sessions;br Liaising with business and technology stakeholders, and facilitating crossfunctional collaboration between DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Product teams;br Writing SQL queries for data analysis, and creating ad hoc reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Excel;br Prioritizing roadmaps, proposing feature enhancements, gathering frequent customer feedback and providing build release deployment support using Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment CICD pipelines;br Ensuring effective campaign management via audience identity and targeting and the development of omnichannel customer journeys while monitoring Key Performance Indicator KPI metrics using Datadog and Kibana logs;br Using JIRA for User Acceptance Testing UAT, endtoend testing, issue tracking, and root cause analysis, and using Confluence for the maintenance of technical and functional documentation; andbr Delivering training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environment, and mentoring and onboarding new hires.
