Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Utilizing Agile methodology, Microsoft MS Dynamics, MS Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps, and VersionOne, to participate in design and development for Cloud messaging, groundtoCloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;br Coordinating technical teams to architect, build, and deploy multicloud solutions, including MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform Power Automate, MS Power Apps, and MuleSoft to support enterprise clients;br Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress, utilizing Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office productivity tools, including Project;br Building system architecture artifacts through defining system strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing technology solutions, utilizing Agile methodology and MS Visio;br Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Azure Commercial Cloud Services and Azure Government Community Cloud GCC;br Participating in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures, utilizing MS Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and MS Teams; andbr Participating in the development, communication, and implementation of organizations DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, utilizing Azure DevOps Server and AppDynamics.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
