Masters Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM degree, or a related field and four 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and six 6 years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must also have four 4 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, custom business models utilizing business process modelling and operating model definitions;br Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery;br Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;br Executing clients deliverables including protocols, test scripts, work instructions, per business specifications and agreed timelines;br Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;br Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions to client challenges, utilizing Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel and ThinkCell; andbr Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br Addendum to J.22 Please note that the beneficiary participated in a tuition reimbursement program offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.
