Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Enterprise Application Integration EAI, Web Content Management WCM, Web services, Waterfall and Agile methodologies to lead information technology projects;br Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, and MS Team Foundation Server TFS;br Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MS Project, Gantt Charts, and Jira;br Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators KPIs based on stakeholders discussions, data, and trend analysis, using ServiceNow, Jira, and Tableau;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Salesforce CRM, Angular JS, CSS, Web services, and Application Programming Interface API;br Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, EAI, and API;br Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Salesforce CRM, CSS, Angular JS, EAI, Web Services, Apex, and Waterfall Agile methodologies; andbr Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Change Request Tracker, Risk logs, Issue logs, MS Project, and MS Sharepoint.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
