Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Participating in the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud based technology solutions to address clients next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing the requirement traceability matrix and reviewing the current state architecture;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs by conducting PreJAD and JAD sessions, and by creating or updating project deliverables and documentation including Requirement Traceability Matrix RTM and architecture diagrams;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Project and Jira;br Utilizing Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Database and Middleware technologies to support migration to cloud;br Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer TTKT plan;br Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects utilizing Microsoft Project, Jira, and by conducting internal status meetings;br Mapping current and creating tobe business service flows that help design components for online applications, utilizing MS Visio and reviewing the existing technical documentation including Technical Design Document TDD and architecture diagrams; andbr Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with OnPremise and Cloud applications, utilizing AWS, Azure, Oracle, Red Hat, and IBM technologies.br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
