Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and five 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three 3 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr br Coordinating the strategy, design, and development of HR programs and innovative talent solutions that drive success for client organizations and their workforce, utilizing Microsoft MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;br Participating in, developing, and maintaining contact with top decision makers;br Interfacing directly with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;br Identifying and executing multichannel communications and crossfunctional engagements with critical client stakeholders, influencers, and adjacent project teams;br Facilitating talent workshops with clients to translate and align HR and talent initiatives to strategic business goals and imperatives; andbr Providing data analysis and strategic recommendations to clients for the HR organization, technology, content, and vendor ecosystem, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br Addendum to J.22 Please note that the beneficiary participated in a tuition reimbursement program offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.
