Position requires four 4 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Overseeing the endtoend journey from OnPremise to Cloud, to include the design and development of Salesforce ecosystems, Cloud messaging, groundtoCloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, and Cloud Integration, using Salesforce standard and custom APIs Application Programming Interfaces, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;br Overseeing the design and implementation of data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC, leveraging MuleSoft, Informatica, and Boomi;br Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting;br Leading Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Cloud CPQ professional services teams that specialize in building a scalable cloud ecosystem;br Overseeing the planning of engagement scope, project budgets, and staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum profitability;br Leading, developing, and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work SOW creation, Requests for Proposals RFP responses, Point of View development, and eminence;br Leading and implementing business transformation initiatives, utilizing the Salesforce ecosystem; andbr Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
