Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Figma, Lucid chart, and Microsoft MS, including Visio, following Scrum methodology;br Driving implementations of Cloudbased technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC, utilizing Pega and Anaplan, using Agile Application Lifecycle Management;br Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Figma, Lucid chart, and MS Office, including Visio, and performing a gap analysis using Scrum methodology;br Defining project approaches and driving Oracle, Pega and Anaplan implementation activities across the solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness;br Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying Oracle, Pega and Anaplan functionalities and integrations, establishing key project milestones, and developing highlevel architecture;br Driving aspects of Oracle, Pega and Anaplan projects and workstreams, including monitoring and identifying project issues to mitigate risks;br Utilizing client scripts, business rules, and UI User Interface actions and policies to architect project solutions based on client requirements for Oracle, Pega and Anaplan modules and integrations; andbr Working across all phases of the Agile lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement cloudbased applications, utilizing HPQC, Pega, Pega Agile Studio, Anaplan, Selenium, and JIRA, across various sprints in an Agile environment for enterpriselevel clients in the Health and Human Services, Computer Hardware, Financial Services, and Networking industries.
