Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience.br br Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involvingbr each of the followingbr Setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, managing activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing testing tools including QTest and Jira, for Agile methodology;br Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira and QTest;br Overseeing technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing testing tools including QTest and Jira;br Reviewing cloud migration and finance modernization testing for life and annuity solutions;br Managing test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing QTest, Jira and Jenkins;br Creating and developing test case reports and documenting use and test cases for data and finance projects with test scenarios;br Performing and overseeing testing across custom developed solutions, including python and AI based solutions and largescale package implementations, utilizing migration testing frameworks for data quality testing;br Coordinating and managing testing deliverables for systems implementations in multiple industries including life and annuity products for insurance domain.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable
