Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.br In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 6 years of progressive related work experience.br Candidate must also have 4 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr o Leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the analyses, capabilities and tools to build flexible and innovative business models, utilizing collaboration tools;br o Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery, while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing risk impact assessments and quality reviews;br o Organizing and leading sales pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;br o Executing client deliverables, including strategic project roadmap, operational assessments, tools, process designs and flows, technical definitions, and standard operating procedures per business specifications and agreed timelines;br o Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;br o Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;br o Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing thoughtware and point of view documents, utilizing online, expert research services, and publications, and participating in public speaking events and conferences; andbr o Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements, using data visualization and project management tools, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
