Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Managing business case, structuring project scope, and performing data and financial analysis to identify opportunities for business optimizations to educate and help organizations deliver critical programs on the decisions of cost, schedule, performance, and risk;br Managing daytoday interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;br Designing, leading, and delivering crossfunctional projects, including comprehensive change management strategies, utilizing the ADKAR Model and Lewins Change Management Model;br Building customized solutions for clients in Tech, Media Telecom TMT to streamline workflow, improve performance, and reduce costs while leveraging Issuetree, SWOT, and Fishbone analysis using Excel and Tableau tools;br Researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies;br Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals;br Managing engagement planning and economics, including business performance, tracking and reporting business critical metrics, and using data to optimize processes, solve problems and monitor results, using MS Project and MS Planner; andbr Leading and coaching teams with the aim of providing organization leaders the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
