Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr br Leading teams utilizing SQL, Shell scripting, and AWK, in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to generate insights leveraging onpremise, web, or cloudbased platforms;br Steering teams that perform data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling while utilizing SQL, Shell scripting, AWK, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio;br Overseeing teams that work to provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools, including Trillium, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel to produce analysis and algorithms;br Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models through usage of fit gap analysis, detailed requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process modeling;br Leading complex engagements with relevant data management consulting for master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in companyspecific architectures;br Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and onshore and offshore resources, and identifying changes in scope;br Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of Master Data Management MDM, Data Governance, Data Analytics and Data Integration solutions; and,br Performing data analysis, including inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling for enabling data mining, and resolving data mapping and data modeling issues using AWK, Shell Scripting, SQL, and Trillium.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
