Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have four 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have four 4 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Leading teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible and innovative business models, utilizing Emerging technology platforms including LowCode NoCode, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence;br Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;br Executing clients deliverables, including Stateoftheart digital solutions and workflows per business specifications and agreed timelines;br Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;br Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing advanced data analytics and business process mining techniques;br Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing quot;thoughtwarequot; and quot;pointofviewquot; documents, utilizing innovation and design framework along with leading prototyping tools, and participating in public speaking events; andbr Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools, including industry leading customer relationship management solutions.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
