Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Utilizing JIRA and Azure DevOps for Agile based projects to coordinate information technology projects;br Participating in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, API development, User Interface and User Experience design, integration pipeline creation, UI development, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing pencil for User Interface and User Experience design, Spring tools for API development, Atom for React and Node js, RAD for EJB projects, Postman REST APIs validation and testing, Bitbucket and Azure Devops to deploy changes, and SQL Developer;br Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients using React, Spring Boot, Java, EJB , Node.js and Oracle database;br Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators KPIs based on stakeholders discussions, data, and trend analysis using AppDynamics and Splunk;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Jira Dashboards and Azure Boards;br Coordinating business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing JIRA user stories and Azure Test Plans and artifacts;br Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing BitBucket and Azure Devops by creating repo and streamlining the pipeline; andbr Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Agile methodologies.br br Please note that the permanent work location is in the same area of intended employment as that set forth in the prevailing wage determination and recruitment, as the two addresses are within 0.9 miles of each other.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
