J.D., LL.M., or foreign equivalent. Requires admission to a U.S. state bar. Requires at least two and a half 2.5 years of prior experience as an attorney within the litigation practice group of an international law firm, focusing on white collar, compliance and investigations as well as securities litigation and complex commercial litigation. Experience must include the following conducting research, drafting and finalizing pleadings, managing the discovery process including managing teams of contract attorneys or staff attorneys assisting with document reviews, preparing privilege logs, preparing witness outlines and participating in the interviews and assisting with all aspects of trial preparation. Telecommuting is permitted within commuting distance of the worksite 50 of the time.
