Requires Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field. Requires 2 years of related experience, including some experience in each of the following skills Conducting air quality permitting and compliance activities; Understanding of the various MultiMedia air, water, and waste local, state and federal environmental regulations pertaining to Oil Gas Operations; New Source Review, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, PermitbyRule, Standard Permit and Title V Permit; Gather, interpret and assess the data for the purpose of environmental compliance and Operational Excellence; Performing data analysis for environmental compliance, identifying compliance opportunities for environmental performance improvement, and trending environmental metrics in Excel; Performs emissions calculations for Tanks, Engines, emissions events, MSS and permit compliance; Managing environmental compliance for Title V Sites including submission of compliance reports and notifications to appropriate agencies.
