Five 5 years of experience performing daytoday production support, including analyzing reported production issues, resolving critical issues in the production environment, and performing major production data fixes. Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience implementing automated monitoring solutions and problems and performing multiple SQL tuning; troubleshooting performance and compatibility issues; analyzing and resolving infrastructure issues; analyzing code defects and coordinating with the development team to resolve issues; performing and facilitating root cause analysis for application defects; validating application and configuration code changes on risks and potential gaps for releases, patches, and hotfixes; reviewing and monitoring SQL statement triggers; automating manual tasks and activities for production services; coordinating and executing changes in the production environment; performing application health monitoring, including configuring and installing monitoring tools, including GENEOS and ControlM; and in executing duties, utilizing JavaJ2EE, Core Java, EJB, JSP, Servlet, Struts, JavaScript, spring, XMLUML, SQL, SAX, GWT, HBase, Fabric, Glue, Microservices and XSLT.
