Three 3 years of experience evaluating public and private investment opportunities across the capital structure with a focus on distressed credit and restructuring in the chemicals, industrials, and financial services sectors. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience managing the investment process, including conducting research and due diligence, building complex financial models, preparing investment memorandums, and making investment recommendations; negotiating restructuring transactions and private investments based on US Bankruptcy Code and case law; analyzing credit agreements, bond indentures and bankruptcy documents to identify key risks and opportunities for creditors; performing financial modelling with Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg to analyze the expected financial performance and valuation of companies and expected investment returns of bonds, stocks and derivative securities; and utilizing statistics, accounting, valuation and corporate finance theory.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
