Management consulting, investment banking, growth strategy operations or economic researchbr b. Defining client need or problem area;br c. Analyzing data regarding client industries and competitors using primary and secondary research techniquesbr d. Analyzing markets and market segments using analytical tools such as competitive cost analysis, customer segmentation analysis, decision analysis, breakeven analysis, activitybased costing, portfolio assessment, capabilities assessment, regression analysisbr e. Designing and developing longterm business strategies to achieve superior profitability, growth and enhancement of organizational capabilitybr f. Preparing and presenting oral and written presentations concerning organization and competitive strategy to senior client managementbr g.
