Position requires Masters degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Architecture, Engineering, related field, or foreign equivalent plus eighteen 18 months of experience in job offered or related occupations.br br Special Requirementsbr br 1 Experience with pricing phases of construction work and producing cost estimates at major project milestones;br 2 Experience with interpreting scope documents from construction drawings to complete quantity takeoffs and developing budgetcost estimates;br 3 Experience with producing budgetcost estimates and reports including material prices, market studies, location conditions, lead time impact, inflation, excessive demand, and labor availability;br 4 Experience with applying researched and accurate unit costs and productivity rates to budgetcost estimates; andbr 5 Experience utilizing CostX, Advanced excel skills, Bluebeam, Power BI, Autodesk Revit , OnScreen Takeoffs.br br Employment and background checks may also be required.
