The position indicated at section H.3 requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of hands on Java Development experience working on an Agile scrum team. Employer will accept as the equivalent a Bachelors degree in one of the requisite fields, and5 years of hands on Java Development experience working on an Agile scrum team. Experience must include Java 8 objectoriented programming skills including functional interfaces, Lambda Expressions, Java SE library knowledge, and Java Stream API for Bulk Data Operations on Collections; Spring framework modules, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP and RESTful web services; SQL for MS SQL Server and PLSQL for Oracle; Leveraging technologies such as Kafka, Linux, MQ, SOA, REST, JUnit and OpenShift in solutions; and Designing recommendations, technical guidance, and experiencebased insight to help teams decide on the best approach.
