The position indicated at Section H.3. requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, an Engineering discipline, or a related field, and 3 years of digital engineering CRM experience in sales, service, and marketing framework of Pega platform. Employer will accept as the equivalent a Bachelors degree in one of the requisite fields and 5 years of digital engineering CRM experience in sales, service, and marketing framework of Pega platform. Experience must include Pega PRPC 7 features including Pega rules management, class hierarchy, data model, process flows, User Interface UI rules, reports and Business Intelligence Exchange BIX exports, security model with access groups, access roles and external authentication with Security Assertion Markup Language SAML and Guardrails, coding standards, scalability, and reusable aspects; Pega Guardrails, coding standards, scalability, and reusable aspect, as well as integration with REST, SOAP services, Email, and Message Queue MQ messages; Clientside technologies including HTML, React JS, JavaScript, CSS, and deploymentrelated activities including export, import products, skimming and branch ruleset development and performance tuning and optimization tools Performance Analyzer PAL, Preflight, DB Trace and Profiler; Certified Senior System Architect CSSA Certification; and at least 3 years of experience in Pega Customer Service for Insurance, Sales Automation for Insurance framework, and Customer Decision Hub.
