Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years of work of experience as a Business Development Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Assistant Manager, Global Supply Manager or a related occupation. Specific Skills Background, education or experience must include 1.Managing Tier1Tier 2 automotive suppliers and evaluating design and manufacturing capabilities for autonomous driving sensors and computers; 2.Executing programs in alignment with automotive OEM processes including PPAP and APQP; 3.Experience with Vehicle launches in the EVAV space; 4.Identifying cost drivers, building should cost models, BOM breakdowns and ValueAdded Margin VAM analysis, amortization of capital equipment costs; 5.Managing Contract Manufacturer CM and global supplier footprints including contract negotiations and Value Analysis VA and Value Engineering VE Cost Reduction; and 6.Experience using Coupa to manage purchase orders and invoices.
