Job requires 5 years experience in each of the followingbr Experience with accounting standards US GAAP andor IFRS and the ability to adviseresearch complex technical accounting and transaction issues; andbr Experience using effective verbal and written communication skills including comfort with executive audiencesbr br Job requires 3 years experience in each of the followingbr Experience working with private equity, with an understanding of the unique requirements of advising private equity clients;br Experience with cloudbased financial tools and systems including ERP, EPM, consolidation, close management, and cash forecasting.br br Job requires 2 years experience in each of the followingbr Experience working with middlemarket portfolio companies to identify and track key business drivers;br Experience with various complex private equity transaction accounting initiatives, including postclosing net working capital settlement purchase accounting for both asset equitybr purchases;br Experience in developing and executing integration playbooks for both domestic and international bolton acquisitions; and,br Experience in the development of management lender reporting packages for sponsorbacked middlemarket portfolio companies.br br Up to 30 travel required.
