Academic training or experience must include the following skillsbr br Two 2 years of experience with consumer finance regulations, such as the TILA and Reg Z, the FCRA, the ECOA and Reg B;br Two 2 years of experience with general advertising laws like Section 230, FTC Advertising Rules, and CFPB UDAAP;br One 1 year of experience with privacy law, such the GLBA and CCPA;br Must be admitted to practice law by a U.S. or foreign jurisdiction, or eligible to register as inhouse counsel.
