Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or related. All applicants must have 2 years of experience in all of the following financingside banking experience, including one of the following structuredleveraged finance, loan syndication, corporate banking, or credit; capital markets experience, including credit and documentation; covering clients with syndicated loans in the Energy sector; covering global clients headquartered outside the United States; creating pitch books and other marketing materials for client presentations; working across divisions, including internally with loan syndication colleagues, coverage officers, product teams and externally with clients and investors; and Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Bloomberg, and Debt Domain. Permitted to work remotely up to 2 daysweek. Up to 10 domestic travel.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
