Must have any experience withknowledge of i facilitating ProcessHazard Analyses and experienced in using Stature tool; ii working in isocyanates unit operations in both batch and continuous processes; iii handling toxic chemicals including Phosgene, Chlorine, ammonia etc.; iv leading incident investigations, RCA and NRWA Nonroutine work assessment; v hazard identification and mitigation; vi providing Technical Trainings including MOC, PSM, PHA Risk Assessment, Consequences Analysis, Explosion Protection, Safety Concepts and Measures; and vii supporting to implement and manage Safety Instrumented Systems SIS Experience can be concurrent. Must have PPS Certification. Must be willing to travel to Covestro sites domestic and international up to 2550 of the time.
