Cont. from H.11 coordinate and communicate detail with external visual artistsmarketing team, review and circulate digital modelsgraphics to optimize final visual output; collect and evaluate business requirements, feedback, and comments for ongoing project updates; produce and edit visual materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentations or marketing purposes; adjust and arrange presentation slides to match consistent graphic standards; print and bind design books, set up file resolutions, order material samples, and assemble material boards; respond to requests for information RFIs and review and respond to submittals; document and analyze existing project conditions through site visits, surveys, and photos; assist in establishing task schedule and manpower requirements to be consistent with the project agreement; assist in identifying weekly project requirements and projecting longterm needs; coordinate structures, mechanical ductwork, furniturelighting fixtures, accessibility clearance, and material options, to be compliant with project schedules, drawing standards guidelines, field conditions, and current building code and regulations; coordinate and optimize architectural details with architects and engineersconsultants, including building enclosure assemblies, curtain wall details, associated hardware and finishes; communicate and coordinate with product vendorssuppliers to obtain samples for pricing, design review and detail study; add adjustments and revisions of drawings and design documents accordingly as projects and associated construction proceed; integrate product specifications, structural and material information from teams of engineers and consultants for the production of complex design items; review and modify drawings and specifications with guidance from project architects as projects progress and changes in dimensions, finishes, and other aspects of design arise from clients and consultants; organize and list particular information for certain architectural elements, such as doors, stairs, or windows; manage and edit drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, sections, and building details from schematic design to construction document phases with precision and graphic legibility; issue final drawings and sketches for bid, coordination, and construction.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 5 years of experience or Masters degree in Architecture plus 3 years of experience to include assisting with predesign including new construction, renovation, tenant improvement, and master planning; producing initial design documentation and presentations to gather information from the client with the use of rendered design drawings, using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Architectural 2D3D software to communicate architectural design concepts; working with architects and design directors to provide design schemes for projects with various scopes of work, including core, interiors, and details; collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions; assisting coordination of the internal design team and making sure project development is in compliance with stakeholders procedures and standards; coordinating and advocating for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements; gathering information and learning design principles of specific domains; collaborating with designers, engineers, and consultants to review and align the scope of work, site constraints, and building equipment; setting up 3D models for projects using software including Revit and Rhinoceros; developing preliminary storyboards, diagrams, and graphics to illustrate design concepts based on guidance from the project managers and design directors; Cont. in K.Job 1
