Requires at least a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires two 2 years of automotive electronic or electrical engineering experience, including two 2 years with the following data acquisition and data analysis, including using simulation tools to acquire, record, playback and visualize data, and using diagnostic tools; testing and validation for automotive software on bench and in vehicle, vehicle products including radars, cameras, ECUs, and Reference systems, and measurement hardware; vehicle bus including CANCANFD, FlexRay, Ethernet and Vector tooling; working with, troubleshooting, and collecting data from CAN networks; using CC programming to diagnose issues found during development; using Python programming to support resolving issues and post data processing; using rational DOORS IBM, change management software, and Microsoft Project management software; and CANoe simulation setup and developing panels to validate software. Work M F 800 a.m. 500 p.m. plus early or late hours as needed to work with various global time zones. Requires 10 U.S. travel for supporting testing at the customer proving grounds.
