Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or foreign equivalent and five 5 years of progressive software development experience in which at least two 2 years are from within the automotive industry to include five 5 years with the following C development for embedded systems; utilizing modelbased design tools such as Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, ASCET, or similar; three 3 years vehicle testing experience; two 2 years utilizing Control Area Network CAN protocol; working in crossfunctional teams involved in technical problem solving; one 1 year working in configuration management tools for requirements such as DOORS, IMS, or related tools; and using vehicle level simulation tools such as Canoe. Requires 10 US travel and 10 international travel to provide demonstration support, participate in trainingsworkshops, and perform vehicle testing at testing tracks.
