Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a product role developing and launching eCommerce and digital products in a fastpaced environment. Must also possess experience with i delivering eCommerce or Product capabilities, like buy online, pick up in store; same day delivery or catalog integration; ii user experience, user testing and AB testing; iii ownership and accountability of related KPIs like conversion rate, bounce rate, or demand; iv creating reports and dashboard using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Omniture; v web development and related technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or API; vi developing product roadmaps with significant customerfacing features; vii Agile development methodologies; viii interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand problems and provide solutions. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
