Bachelors degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, plus eight years of experience performing scheduling planning for EPC complex projects.br br Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include each of the followingbr br 8 years of experience planning complex manufacturing such as oil gas, or chemical, or nuclear including the followingbr Level 5 schedule for Engineering Procurement Construction EPC projects.br Utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and various cost budget earned value reporting systems.br Performing schedule resource loading, resource leveling smoothing to support the critical path, company budget and business value.br Performing change management, Time Cost Claims Extension of Time, Variation Orders.br Preparing the progress monitoring and controlling system Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Dashboard reports and 1 month Look Ahead.br Preparing baseline, rebaseline, recovery, revised and acceleration schedules.br Performing delay analysis and developing mitigation plans.br Performing high level Schedule Level 2.br Performing cost loading, cashflow, Earned Value Management Cost Forecast.br Generating What If Scenario schedules to assess the impact of possible project risk.br Preparing project controls processes.br Two years of experience are required with the followingbr Developing lean construction concepts.br Developing the concepts of advanceconstruction work packaging.br Performing production planning, continuous improvement, and productivity.br br Experience may be gained during advanced degree program.br Travel required within the U.S. 1020 of the time.
