Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and five 5 years of experience designing and monitoring mobile networks; of which two 2 years includes using Python scripting to automate network changes; performing network monitoring using Netflow, Gigamon, Riverbed and one of the following AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or Cisco tools; configuring network security, including performing firewall and access control configurations; and developing network disaster preparedness plans and recovery protocols
