The position requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Economics or a related field and 7 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Compliance andor Risk Management occupation.br br In lieu of a BS plus 7 requirements, employer will accept a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Economics or in related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Compliance andor Risk Management occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training andor experience is acceptable.br br Special Requirements Prior experience in the following is also requiredbr br 1. Experience with BSAAML requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks within fintech industry;br 2. Experience with applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products;br 3. Experience managing a team of compliancerisks management professionals; andbr 4.
