Bachelors Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of professional experience performing IT operational support for businesscritical production infrastructure and applications including supporting production applications, supporting proprietary businesscritical banking applications, and providing training on application solutions and operational processes. In lieu of a Bachelors degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Masters Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience performing IT operational support for businesscritical production infrastructure and applications including supporting production applications, supporting proprietary businesscritical banking applications, and providing training on application solutions and operational processes.br br Must also have experience in the following 3 years of professional experience supporting webbased applications that run on IIS, Apache Tomcat, Jetty, or JBoss; 3 years of professional experience using SQL database and basic network configuration; 3 years of professional experience performing scripting using PowerShell, VB Script, or SQL Java Script; 3 years of professional experience working with ticket systems including ServiceNow or Remedy; 3 years of professional experience with release management processes for the deployment of application packages from development through production environments.
