Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience. Requires 2 years of experience with the following Technical troubleshooting and documentation; Researching error logs and xml files, running queries in an SQL database, and writing and executingbr scripts; Working in the mortgage industry and knowledge of mortgage process; Understanding the mortgage orientation processes and functions as well as tools used by lenders e.g. POS, LOS, CRM, etc.; ITIL based ITSM and navigating SaaS based platforms and software; Technical support and ticketing systems. Telecommuting permitted.
