Must include two years of experience in each of the following Preparing for chapter 11 filing for debtors, including coordination for diligence materials and leading drafting first day motions; Drafting plan and disclosure statements for debtors in chapter 11 cases involving nonUS entities; Negotiating terms of and drafting restructuring support agreements for prepackaged chapter 11 filings based on review of precedents and assessing key provisions including releases; Negotiating settlement agreements for cure claims arising from executory contracts and unexpired leases and drafting applicable documentation; Coordinating workstreams and tasks among different groups internally, including tax, MA, real estate, and intellectual property; and Formulating legal strategy for creditors in chapter 11 cases based on review and analysis of capital structure, negotiations with the debtors and other creditors. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
