The position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field and five 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related occupation. The position also requires five 5 years of experience in the following 1. Experience working in manufacturing environment on Automotive Original Equipment; 2. Experience using Quality core tools, Process controls plans, Process flow diagrams, FMEA, MSA, and SPC; 3. Experience in Part Production approval process PPAP requirements; 4. Experience with Quality Systems and Process Audits, including IATF, VDA, ISO TS, Battery process audit and product compliance, and Battery Teardown analysis; 5. Experience using automotive problem solving tools, including 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa analysis, Kepner Tregoe; 6. Experience utilizing Continuous Improvement Six Sigma and Process Capability analysis; and 7. Experience in Automotive Quality Systems, Electrical and Battery Field.
