Requires at least a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires one 1 year experience in chemical process improvement and RD; applying statistical tools for Design of Experiments DOE or other improvements; using basics of chemical engineering to balance mass and energy across process step in pilot plant; and operating equipment in product and manufacturing environment. Requires 10 domestic travel to provide technical support to tollers.
