Experience as an Investment Banking Analyst; Knowledge of managing and training analysts in conducting detailed valuation and other financial analyses, and research of companies, industries and markets; Knowledge of developing financial projection and valuation models for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and capital market transactions; Knowledge of preparing client presentations with respect to originating, developing and executing corporate finance transactions, including corporate divestmentsacquisitions; Experience applying quantitative and financial analytical skills, financial and valuation modeling, transaction structuring; Experience with or knowledge of CCAR stress testing PPNR model related of documentations and presentations; Project management experience in the financial industry; Quantitative and modeling project experience.br br Experience in H.6A and H.10A must be post baccalaureate and progressive.
