Requires a Bachelors degree 3 or 4 year, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Associate, Business Development Officer, Business Analyst or related position supporting MA deals. 3 years of experience must include Utilizing FactSet, Bloomberg, Dealogic, Refinitiv, MergerMarket, Thomson Reuters financial databases; AntiMoney Laundering, KnowYourClient, Engagement Letter and MA New Business Memo procedures for financial services institutions; Preparing client presentations with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook; and Data collection, data analysis, and data interpretation. Proof of full vaccination against COVID19 required prior to commencing employment.
